General pressures required to push salt water through filters in a Desalination System are 

800psi -1200psi

Designed also as a Pressure Washer Pump for normal pressure washing where there is a salt content in the water supply. 

Ideal for environments with Salt Water content - including Artesian Water or Sea Water intake for Desalination Systems.  

This pump is ideal for Marine applications and/or where there is a salt content in the water.
