On this Pump there are Six (6) Check Valves.

3 Inlet Valves on the lower side & 3 Outlet Valves on the upper side.

These Check Valves are fitting into the manifold via an 'O' Ring Seal. Located under the three top bolts & at the end of the piston chamber in the manifold.

Check Valve Outer Diameter = 19.95mm

Check Valve Height = 18.50mm

Heat build up can deform the Check Valve Housing, consequently you will suffer a vast decrease in pressure.

If your pump doesn't have a Thermal Relief Valve (Dump Valve) look at installing one. This will help protect the Check Valves by releasing over-heated water & allowing fresh water in.
