How soon will my item arrive after purchase?
As soon as funds are transferred and appear in either Paypal or our bank account your item will be despatched witas soon as possible. We provide all the relevant information eg. Consignment number, courier details and contact numbers so you can track your purchase. The delivery process usually takes up to 3-10 Working Days depending on your location. (Remote areas can take up to 14 Working Days) . ** Please note that funds take 1-2 business days to show in our account after your transfer. Once despatched tracking is vital and your responsibility. Please note that once shipped, tracking is the responsibility of the customer - we advise all our customers that tracking is vital once you receive the information. We are however here to help should you have an issue.
What happens after I pay for my big Pressure Washer Cleaner?
Your Pressure Washer will be delivered to your address. You will receive a Dispatch Notification once it has been shipped. TRACKING IS VITAL & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as someone must be in attendance to sign for the delivery. Once payment is received, we advise the warehouse to instigate the delivery process. Once dispatched - we are provided with a Con Note Number which we then pass onto you with details of how to track it.
I’m worried about my item. Can I track it?
Yes, you can track it. In fact, tracking is VITAL & your responsibility. We use fully trackable courier systems for all of the items we send out. You will be provided with a Tracking ID once item is shipped, with full details of how to track the parcel/s. We urge you to track your items as since COVID19 there have been delays with all courier / postal services.
What if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival or items are missing?
All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the issue. If parts are damaged when received, we ask that damaged photos are emailed and we will either issue replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. We allow 5 days after receipt of purchase for you to advise if there are missing items or wrong parts sent. All sales are final and you agree to these terms once you purchases.
Returning Items | Re-Stocking Fees
Unless items are being returned due to a manufacturers fault - there is a 15% re-stocking fee applied.
You will see the re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned and in original condition to be eligible for refund.
We do not refund until the items are returned and assessed for their condition for re-sale.
There is no refund on postage | freight.
Can I pick up the item?
We sometimes have a request from a customer due to varying circumstances about picking up their item in person. Please email us on info@pressurewasherparts.com.au or phone us on 0467 360 820 to arrange.
Do you deliver to a PO box?
Our Pressure Washers are delivered to a street address only.
All other parts & accessories are either delivered by Australia Post, Signature on Delivery Parcel Post. Express Post or Star Track.
If your order is being sent direct from our supplier, then a street address is essential. (You will be asked to provide that address if needed.)
Do you offer Combined Shipping Price?
We ALWAYS offer the BEST shipping prices possible, but due to the size and weight of our items, we are unable to offer a discount on our large units. However, if we can combine postage on the smaller items,we do. Some items eg. guns & hoses - cannot be packaged together due to shape & weight. (The weight of the hose can damage the gun/lance). The website does not have the capacity to combine postage - so please follow the instructions about purchasing multiple items on the first page of Replacement Parts & Accessories - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS .
Are there any extra costs after I’ve paid for shipping?
Absolutely not. All costs are included in our shipping fees so that there are no hidden ‘surprises’.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal or Direct Deposit. We are unable to accept COD or personal cheques.
Can you supply a Tax Invoice / Receipt?
Once you have paid for your item, you will receive a Tax Invoice/Receipt automatically via email. Please print this out for your records.
Are the items GST inclusive?
Yes. All items including shipping costs are inclusive of GST.
What happens if I forgot to include my Surname details with the payment?
We ask you to include your Surname and/or Invoice number if you use Bank Deposit so we can easily identify your payment and mark the item as paid.
We would love nothing more than to send out your item immediately, but unless we can confirm your payment against your Surname OR Invoice # we can’t.
What do I do after I have paid?
You don’t have to do anything, you are all done! After you have made payment there is no need to email us. We urge you to track your parcel, however if there is an issue after you have contacted the courier, then please contact us. We like to keep in touch with you throughout the entire process so you don’t need to contact us (unless you want to of course – always happy to receive emails from our customers)
Do you offer a Warranty?
Please refer to the item description on the website as warranty terms differ from item to item. Please be aware that we will require photos of any issues including associated damage if applicable with any 'Warranty' Claims/queries. We reserve the right to refuse any claim without photo proof.
Definition of Warranty - Manufacturing fault only - NOT normal wear & tear or misuse/modification of item.
**NB - Any modifications made to any machine or accessory after delivery automatically voids your warranty.

Can I get spare parts for my item?
We are pleased to advise that we stock a huge range of replacement components and accessories for all our equipment. We have a dedicated section in our workshop for spares and/or extras for all our machines. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you need advice anytime. I’m having trouble with my recently purchased item.......
One of the most important things we stress to our customers is that with any new machine the best thing to do is to familiarise yourself with its manual. In many cases the manual doesn’t even make it out of its plastic envelope, even gets thrown out with the box your machine came in! We ask you to remember that many types of equipment have evolved these days and the answer may be as simple as reading the instructions.
If, after reading the instructions you still have an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone. Our pumps come with our own detailed Pre-Start & Care Instructions. Please follow these carefully and keep somewhere safe for future reference. Care of your machine adds to the longevity. You will also find some information on servicing your machine on our Home Page under 'Servicing, Diagnosing & How To'.
Who can service my machine?
Basic service items can be done by any competent operator. For advice / information / instruction please see link at base of website : Servicing , Diagnosing & How To.
However for your more comprehensive maintenance, you can take your machine to your local service centre/specialist.
Hot Water Pressure Washers require a 12 monthly servicing by an accredited Service Agent.
