Soft Washing | Cleaning | Sealing Products

Soft (Pressure) Washing was designed originally in the USA and Canada for cleaning more delicate surfaces.  Eg. Bitumen Roofing Shingles,  Fibreglass and other softer roofing materials plus Vinyl Cladding etc.

Principle Operation 

Soft Wash is merely a system that delivers a potent mix of chemicals that treat the external surface by helping break down the organic material, growths and stains.

Eg.  Mould, Mildrew, Algae, Fungus, Bacteria, Moss, Lichens & Insects.

Chemicals Used

Sodium Hypochlorite  |   Sodium Percarbonate  |  Sodium Hypodioxide  |  Algicide 

Most commonly used is Sodium Hypochlorite (Pool Chlorine) - a strong bleach which produces great results.   

Diluted at required ratios depending on severity required for the particular job.

Whereas Algicide is a Biocide - used for killing and preventing growth of Algae.   Spray on - leave - no rinsing off.  Then nature eventually takes its course - no more algae!

Detergent Foamers With Bottle (operated via your Pressure Washer) 

Especially necessary on sloped or vertcial surfaces.  Detergent Foamers foam up the chemical making it stick to the surface and not run off - which allows the chemical to do its job.

Foam Lance Jet Kits    Allows you to spray large areas with reach. 

Low Pressure | High Water Volume (Litres per minute) is normally all that is required for rinsing off.
