• If you purchase any of our products, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
• Item will be shipped after payment has been cleared.
• We can only ship to the address you have recorded & advise we cannot accept personal cheques or COD – so please ensure this address is up to date.
• Please ensure that a mobile or daytime telephone number is listed for the courier.
• PW&P are not directly responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. If any problems arise please contact us via info@pressurewasherparts.com.au or call 1300 668 982 & we will endeavour to resolve them as soon as possible.
• All items leave our warehouses in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the issue.
• If parts are damaged when received, we ask that damaged photos are emailed to info@pressurewasherparts.com.au and we will either issue parts or replace the item if we deem necessary.
• We take the utmost care with items however errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
• All pictures contained within the website are as accurate and detailed as possible. If you are unsure please contact us prior to purchasing as all sales are final.
• All items include GST and a full Tax Invoice is available on request. (Pls Print Out the emailed Tax Invoice on Purchase)
• Delivery costs include quality packaging which ensures your items safety, any handling fees, fuel levies & tracking options.
