Mark was extremely helpful in recommending a suitable replacement pump for my 5,5hp Pressure Washer.

The Pump was dispatched quickly & arrived safe & sound.Had a small issue with my existing Water Tap connector fitting, spoke to Mark on the phone, he sent a suitable alternative fitting immediately, it arrived 2 days later & everything works well.

Just want to let you know I received the pressure washer in good order & have used it several times over the holiday break.

The machine and accessories are as good or better quality than I expected for the price.  We have hardstand and blockwork retaining walls and metal roofing that have been neglected for over 10+ years.  It is no exaggeration to say that ALL the surfaces are clean as new after only one cleaning application and we are more than pleased with the result.

Looking forward to many years use from our pressure washer.  Thank you.

I just want to say that in these days of 'I can't be bothered' & 'I don't know that' - Mark was not only helpful but let me tell you he knows what he is talking about and will search for a solution until it is sorted!  He has saved me time, money and my poor back lugging my machine around to my local repair guy who didn't give a stuff about my issue! 

Phone is the first point of contact and Mark was a gentleman and so helpful on the phone to try to solve my problem.  A true legend and a rare find these days!

I replaced the 3600 Gearbox Pump I had on my old machine with the AR 4060psi Pump - Wow!  This thing is amazing - it makes the old GB pump look silly!

I am glad I spoke to Mark who said that he uses this pump.  The unloader valve was set when I received the pump, so I pulled the trigger & had to really hang on.  I was impressed at the HUGE increase in pressure & flow over the GB pump.  Having put a pressure gauge on, water was flowing at 5000psi. Well over the rated 4000psi.  I have been able to reduce the pressure for normal cleaning operations.   This thing is fantastic!

I am selling the GB pump on ebay - no use to me anymore.  Thank you for your service & reasonable prices.  I am converted to Annovi Reverberi Pumps from Pressure Washer Parts from now on!

I purchased a 6.5hp Lifan High Pressure Washer Cleaner 3200psi in November 2011 from QRA Equipment Specialists (Pressure Washers & Parts).
